Operations Associate
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing daily operations, including asset movement, account transfers, and new account set-up and maintenance. You will play a critical role in ensuring transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily departmental work, including asset movements, account transfers, and maintenance of new accounts.
Handle routine and complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Proactively identify, interpret, and resolve potential issues to prevent service disruptions.
Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and achieve quality metrics consistently.
Learn and support various financial products, software, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards at all times.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to Have / Additional Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
1+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
1+ years of experience processing in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
High attention to detail with a proven ability to process work accurately while meeting deadlines.
Strong independent work ethic and critical thinking skills, demonstrating sound judgment.
Excellent problem resolution, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Strong professional communication skills, capable of developing positive working relationships.
Adaptability to embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
