What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service Willingess to persistently prospect and cold call and to acquire new customers Build and Maintain Customer Relationships – earning their trust and preference by meeting their needs Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals Other responsibilities assigned What You'll Need Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred Industry/Scrap knowledge preferred Customer relations experience (CRM - customer relations matrix experience highly preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong multitasking abilities Organized and detail oriented Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
