This role is based in an outpatient clinic where the PA will provide comprehensive care to a wide range of patients, from young adults to seniors. You will work closely with physicians and other providers while maintaining autonomy in patient management. Role Responsibilities: Conduct physical exams and comprehensive health assessments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Educate patients on wellness and chronic disease management Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM ? 6:30 PM Friday: Ends early afternoon (shortened schedule) Sunday: Optional; flexible participation welcome On-Call: Minimal or none Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant in New York State Minimum of 2 years experience in family medicine or primary care Comfortable managing a full outpatient caseload independently Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation standards Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $170,000 ? $180,000 per year Time Off: 20 paid vacation days annually 1 week of sick leave Paid time off for all major Jewish holidays Health Benefits: Comprehensive plan provided Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered by practice Opportunities for Growth: Clinical independence and long-term potential Why This Practice?
