Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking an Equipment Reliability Engineer based in Austin, TX. This role will be responsible for enhancing equipment reliability across diverse manufacturing operations, working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve metrics and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 3 to 5 years of relevant manufacturing maintenance experience. A strong emphasis on technical leadership and project management is essential.
