We specialize in geothermal and traditional HVAC systems and are looking for a dependable technician with strong mechanical abilities, troubleshooting skills, and a professional attitude.## Position SummaryThe HVAC Service Technician will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Candidates should have strong mechanical experience and be comfortable working independently in the field.## Requirements Minimum of 5 years HVAC service experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioning systems, and controls EPA Certification required Valid driver's license required with clean driving record Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Geothermal experience preferred but not required Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions## Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and mechanical systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers Complete service documentation accurately Maintain tools and equipment Follow safety procedures and company policies## What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays and vacation Health benefits 401K Overtime opportunities Training Opportunities Supportive team environment## Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday On-call rotation may be required## Apply TodayInterested candidates can apply by submitting a resume and work history.Morrison Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
