In this role, you will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, making a meaningful impact while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.Job Responsibilities:Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goalsProvide evidence-based PT interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, and developmental outcomesMaintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care in accordance with regulatory requirementsCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatmentCommunicate clearly with office staff, patients, and caregivers regarding progress and care plansJob Qualifications:Active NJ Physical Therapy License (PTA) — requiredBasic computer proficiency for electronic documentationStrong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a home health environmentValid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation for home visitsPediatric experience is preferredMinimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settingsJob Details:Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per DiemLocation: Englewood, NJ 07631Salary: $65 - $80 per hourSchedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as neededBenefits:Flexible scheduleReferral bonusTherapist of the Month bonusLicense/Certification:New Jersey State Physical Therapy License (Required)For questions, contact Jan at or (718) 377-5000 ext. 104.
