Technical Operations Associate

Duties · Responds to customer technical support requests from phone and email · Troubleshoot customer problems · Generate return material authorizations · Assist in validation and testing of new product development · Update the company website with tech tips and brief documents · Conduct cloning of laptops for clinical and medical applications · Leverage cloud-based knowledge to optimize data portal infrastructure · Assist in maintenance of software platform for report generation Requirements · Ability to troubleshoot technical issues for electronic devices and software · Ability to organize tasks and maintain a high degree of attention to detail with a sense of urgency. · Ability to self-manage, multi-task, handle conflicting priorities and adapt rapidly to new projects and deadlines. · Excellent communication and people skills · Ability to combine product knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues · Intermediate-level computer skills · Familiarity with Cloud-based networks · Intermediate-level coding skills; preferably MATLAB and C# This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your technical expertise while contributing to the stability and growth of our operations.
