This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross?functional teams including survey, construction, and leadership groups. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with high?volume, complex invoices.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and enter invoices into a Salesforce- based tool and ensure accuracy across all entriesPerform 3?way matching and reconciliation for incoming invoicesManage high?volume invoice waves, including invoices with hundreds of line itemsCreate, maintain, and analyze reports using Microsoft ExcelCommunicate with survey teams, construction teams, and leadership to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processingSupport ongoing billing operations Required Skills & QualificationsStrong analytical, critical? xaygatp thinking, and problem?solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and proactive work styleProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience in Accounts Payable or similar financial operationsBachelor’s degree preferredExperience with Salesforce highly preferred#ZR#INDGEN
