Ultrasound Tech Location: Hilo, HI Agency: Lancesoft Inc. Pay: $2,654 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Shift / Schedule 40-hour work week, variable shifts On-call as needed $5/hr pager, call-back minimum 2 hrs, $10/hr for call-back Holiday coverage required Must attend employee health appointment before start Key Responsibilities Abdomen: Aorta, IVC, liver, pancreas, spleen, renal (normal & pathology) GYN: Breast, ovaries, adnexa, uterus, pelvis (adult & pediatric, transvaginal, post-menopausal) OB: All trimesters, amniocentesis, complications, biophysical profile, IUGR, placental grading Neonatal: Congenital anomalies, neonatal head scans Superficial Structures: Abdominal wall, breast, focal masses, hematoma, scrotum & testes, thyroid Vascular: Carotid duplex, segmental pressure studies, upper & lower extremity venous/arterial duplex Procedures: Aspirations, biopsies, drainage, intraoperative ultrasound guidance Requirements Experience Minimum 3 years in an acute hospital setting Licenses & Certifications ARDMS: AB (Adult), OB (Obstetrics), RVT (Vascular) BLS: Active, AHA-certified
