This role involves providing services aligned with our Team-Based Care Model, which emphasizes population health, evidence-based practices, efficient resource utilization, and integrated care delivery. The provider will collaborate with the clinic team to ensure all members are functioning at their highest capacity. Active participation in the provider group is expected, including shared patient care responsibilities, cross-coverage, peer reviews, meetings, continuing medical education (CME), and contributing to the advancement of our provider-led organization. The provider will manage a clinic panel, focusing on health outcomes, patient experiences, and overall care quality, reporting directly to the Site Medical Director while collaborating closely with the head of Women’s Health and the Regional Medical Director.Minimum QualificationsCompletion of a US-accredited medical school and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology or equivalent trainingPossession of an active, unrestricted California medical license issued by the Medical Board of CaliforniaBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and GynecologyExperience with electronic medical records is preferred; familiarity with computer-based systems is requiredCurrent BLS certificationCompensationThe base salary ranges from $339,000 to $375,000, with additional bonuses available.Compensation DisclaimerSalary offers are influenced by various factors, including budget constraints, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business considerations. This range may be subject to change.
