This role is execution-focused and project-driven, supporting the company's flagship corporate citizenship initiative, a national STEM competition empowering students to solve real-world community challenges.The ideal candidate brings strong project coordination experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative workflows, vendor relationships, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This role is well-suited for early-to-mid-career professionals interested in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Community Impact, or Citizenship programs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Citizenship Team across all priority programs and events (e.g., Solve for Tomorrow Final Event, Day of Service)Manage the Solve for Tomorrow program mailbox and website, ensuring timely updates and accurate communicationsCoordinate beneficiary, vendor, and agency communicationsMaintain program documentation, distribution lists, contact lists, and internal process manualsSubmit, track, and maintain contracts and invoices, escalating any risks or pending itemsCoordinate volunteer events using the Benevity platformConduct research to support program objectives and reporting needsMaintain program lists, dashboards, and reporting deliverablesSupport post-event summaries, ad-hoc analysis, and administrative tasks as neededRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience: 2+ years of project coordination, program coordination, or administrative project supportCandidates with 6+ years of experience are generally considered overqualified unless transitioning careersProject Management: Experience supporting multiple projects or large programs simultaneouslyAttention to Detail: Strong documentation, invoice processing, and administrative accuracyCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersTools:Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including reporting and pivot tables)Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPointWebsite Administration: High level of comfort maintaining and updating websitesWork Style: Quick learner, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independentlyEducationBachelor's Degree preferredPreferred fields: Business, Marketing, Public Relations (open to other disciplines)Preferred / Nice to HaveFamiliarity with education-focused programs (e.g., science fairs, STEM initiatives)Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Community Impact, or Citizenship programsExperience working with cross-functional teams including communications, legal, and financeStrong organizational skills and follow-through are critical to success in this role#LI-JH1#INDPRO
