Field Marketing Representative
*This is NOT a role with Forcebrands*About the RoleWe’re looking for a high-energy, people-first brand builder to be the face of our company in the field. This role lives at the intersection of sales, marketing, events, and social. You’ll be out in the world—on premise, at tastings, pop-ups, and events—introducing people to our product, building real relationships, and turning buzz into sales.This is not a desk job. You’ll spend ~90% of your time in the field, representing the brand, working accounts, hosting experiences, and creating content that brings our story to life online.If you love talking to people, closing the loop between IRL moments and social media, and want to grow with an early-stage brand, this role is for you.What You’ll DoField Sales & Account GrowthCall on on-premise and retail accounts to sell, place, and support the productBuild strong relationships with buyers, bartenders, managers, and staffConduct tastings, staff trainings, and on-site demosSupport launches, menu placements, and promotional programsTrack account activity, feedback, and opportunitiesField Marketing & EventsPlan and execute tastings, pop-ups, brand activations, and eventsRepresent the brand at festivals, markets, and community eventsDistribute product and ensure brand standards are met in the fieldCapture real-time feedback and insights from consumers and accountsSocial Media & ContentManage day-to-day social media posting and engagementCreate and capture field-driven content (stories, posts, short-form video)Bring events, tastings, and brand moments to life onlineEngage with customers, partners, and ambassadors across platformsAmbassador ProgramManage brand ambassador programSchedule ambassador activations and ensure strong executionProvide ambassadors with tools, messaging, and productAct as the main point of contact and motivator for the programQualifications1–4 years experience in field marketing, sales, brand ambassador work, events, or hospitalityExperience working with on-premise, retail, or CPG brands is a plusStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable lifting and transporting product for eventsValid driver’s license and ability to travel locallyNights and weekends availability for events
