Analytics Consultant

Description: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Analytics and contribute to large-scale planning related to Analytics deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Analytics challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Analytics deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Analytics. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Duration: 12 months with an opportunity for extension or conversionLocation: Open to seeing candidates from Des Moines and Charlotte locationsShift: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pmHybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remoteInterview Process: One round of virtual interviews - 1 hour durationMust Have:GIS (Global Information Systems), ArcGIS, Esri, and Python are required.Prefer candidates with Tableau, SQL, or PowerBI development as well if possible.Will be building map applications and dashboards in Esri ArcGIS server in weather and incident management, corporate security and property data.In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult on or participate in moderately complex analytics initiatives and deliverables with a primary focus on GIS and Python development, and secondary use of Tableau and MS SQL. You may contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet analytics deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of analytics practices, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
