E-Commerce Site Merchandiser
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Site Merchandiser to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online storefronts to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive sales growth across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content management, and technical skills to ensure our online presence remains competitive and engaging. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the success of our e-commerce initiatives through innovative merchandising and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to develop and ideate long-term digital strategies that drive online sales and improve conversion rates.
Assist in owning the E-Commerce channel, taking full responsibility for strategy execution, site build and related optimizations.
Help with DTC sales channel forecasting and monitor progress against these forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
Develop reports on product performance metrics and key insights shared from all adjacent digital channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and track key metrics to help deliver short and long term tactics, and recommend new opportunities to improve overall sales.
Help oversee UX/UI web development strategies, modern website design layouts, features, and optimizations to continuously improve user experience, engagement, and conversion.
Manage all moving parts affiliated with external agencies.
Build a close partnership with Marketing and Creative to stay aligned with the brand’s go-to-market strategy, key dates, messaging approach and overall execution.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Shopify platform
1-2 years of E-commerce experience is a MUST.
GA4 knowledge
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
Familiar with reporting to stakeholders
Strong project management and time management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Great problem-solver
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Experience in the fashion industry is a MUST
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
