Principal Product Manager – High Performance Storage Platform – Up to $220K – Denver CO (Hybrid)
This is not a traditional feature-delivery Product Manager role.
We're hiring for a global technology leader building an industry-leading parallel file system and next-generation all-flash storage platform used across AI/ML, HPC, media, and enterprise environments.
This role owns strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a high-performance, multi-protocol storage platform powering some of the most data-intensive workflows in the market.
You'll be Designing and Driving:
Product strategy across performance, scalability, workflow integration, and AI/HPC requirements
Roadmaps balancing customer needs, competitive positioning, and engineering feasibility
Feature priorities spanning metadata scaling, parallel I/O, NVMe optimisation, cloud integration and high-availability
Cross-functional alignment across hardware, software, management tools, and cloud initiatives
Go-to-market strategy including launch planning, competitive positioning, and sales enablement
What They're Looking For:
5–10+ years Product Management experience in enterprise storage, HPC storage, file systems or performance-oriented infrastructure
Strong understanding of scale-out NAS, parallel file systems, or high-performance storage architectures
Knowledge of NVMe, flash architectures, and multi-protocol access
Experience with AI/ML data pipelines or HPC/data-intensive workflows
Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear product requirements
Proven cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Sales, Support and Marketing
Strong communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills are essential.
Nice to have
Experience with competitive storage technologies (GPFS/Spectrum Scale, Lustre, Isilon/PowerScale, NetApp, Weka, VAST, Qumulo)
Cloud integration or hybrid workflow exposure
Kubernetes or containerised workload familiarity
Technical background in Computer Science or Engineering
