Supports and maintains positive relationships with health care professionals within the network. Provides high quality service to health care professionals. Provide assistance regarding education, contract questions and non-routine claim issues. Coordinates communications process on such issues as administrative and medical policy, reimbursement and provider utilization patterns. Assists providers in contract compliance and credentialing issues. Assists with preparation or modification of provider contracts. Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets. Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
