The intern will support care coordination initiatives, monitor client satisfaction, and assist in streamlining operational processes to improve patient engagement and healthcare outcomes.Responsibilities include handling client communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving client concerns efficiently, supporting data analysis and reporting, and contributing to strategies for operational improvements in health engagement models.This role involves regular travel to client locations within the New York and New Jersey area, and candidates should be comfortable with in-person interactions and on-ground coordination.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills to build trusted client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize customer needs and deliver high-quality service experiencesDemonstrated interest in customer success, healthcare operations, or care coordinationAnalytical mindset with the ability to work with data and generate insightsHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyBachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)Additional InformationThis is an on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan AreaCandidates should be comfortable traveling to client locations across NY/NJ as requiredCompensationCompensation: $18 – $25 per hour, based on experience
