Vision is at an incredible inflection point of growth and has been rapidly adding clients to our community, and we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Appraisal Services team.Summary Of Role & ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all facets of the mass appraisal process for reappraisal projects, including but not limited to desktop review, final value review, data entry, sales and statistical analysis, valuation, informal and formal hearings, and client communicationsProvide instructions, review, and feedback on property database updates in partnership with our data teamDevelop valuation parameters and guidance for valuation modeling in partnership with our statistics teamInteract professionally and tactfully with taxpayers during the informal hearing processTrain and oversee junior staff membersMaintain positive relations with clients, the public, and company personnelOccasional travel throughout OhioAn excellent candidate in this role:Has 5+ years of Appraisal and/or Project Management experienceHas experience working in CAMA or similar Appraisal systems Is highly detail-orientedIs proactive in managing agendas, updating stakeholders and documenting action itemsGenerates strong, trust-based relationships with clients and team membersState certifications in Appraisal and/or Project Management a plus, but not required pending other experienceIf this sounds like you – we look forward to meeting you!Benefits Package: Vision offers health, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401(k)-matching program.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Hybrid with local travel.Vision Government Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
