Role Title: Therapeutic Monitoring Clinician (BCBA, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
Pay Rate: $45/hour (Independent Contractor)
Department: Therapeutic Monitoring Division
Reports To: Clinical Program Manager / Director of Services
Service Type: Virtual (Telehealth) — Parent and Child present, one family at a time
Caseload: Low-volume, structured visitation-based sessions
Role Overview
Secure Family Visits Inc. provides child-centered visitation, co-parenting support, and therapeutic monitoring services across multiple U.S. states.
This role offers licensed clinicians (BCBAs, LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, or psychologists) the opportunity to deliver light treatment-planning and therapeutic oversight in the context of supervised or structured parenting time.
The clinician will facilitate therapeutic monitoring sessions virtually, helping parents and children strengthen communication, manage behavioral/emotional challenges, and maintain safety and progress toward reunification or family stabilization.
This is not a full clinical caseload role — it is structured, guided, and compliant under Secure Family Visits’ trauma-informed visitation model.
Scope of Work
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual therapeutic monitoring sessions with assigned families (parent + child or parent only).
Observe, document, and gently guide behavior and communication during visits.
Provide light treatment planning — identifying focus areas (e.g., communication, coping skills, emotional regulation) and developing short, achievable objectives.
Deliver brief progress summaries after each visit, outlining observed strengths, emerging concerns, and next-step recommendations.
Participate in occasional team consultations with case managers or visitation monitors to align on progress.
Maintain professional neutrality, confidentiality, and documentation standards.
