This role is a high-impact launchpad for your career in aerospace engineering, combining hands-on hardware/software integration with sophisticated automation tools.The Role Lead the charge in Software/Hardware Integration Testing and Formal Qualification Testing (FQT) for mission-critical aerial refueling systems. Design and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios using C, C++, and Ada to verify software functionality and safety performance. Build and maintain cutting-edge automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Configure complex test environments, replicating hardware and network configurations to identify potential vulnerabilities and defects. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to provide feedback on software design and drive process improvements.What You'll Need A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (or 4+ years of relevant technical experience). Hands-on coding experience in C, C++, Java, and/or Ada. Proficiency with Linux-based operating systems, command line tools, and scripting languages. Knowledge of software verification and validation protocols, ideally including industry standards like DO-178B/C. Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).What's On Offer Competitive salary range of $76,500 - $103,500 based on experience.
