Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance#2. 0 to 2 years of accounting or finance experience#3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting#4. Strong Excel skills, including reporting and data management#5. Close attention to detail with strong organization and time management skills Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:Assist with the preparation and posting of journal entries to the general ledgerSupport the month-end and year-end close processesPerform account reconciliations, ns including prepaid expenses, receivables, accruals, and intercompany accountsMaintain and update accounting records and supporting documentationAssist with the preparation and organization of documentation for external auditsEnsure compliance with company accounting policies and GAAP standardsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure the accuracy of financial dataSupport financial reporting and ad hoc reporting as needed Requirements of the Staff Accountant:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance0 to 2 years of accounting or finance experienceBasic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingclose attention to detail with strong organization and time management skillsExperience with ERP systems such as Epicor or similar accounting softwareFamiliarity with advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and PivotTablesExposure to financial analysis or reporting Other Key Requirements:100% onsiteNo sponsorships.
