This role is responsible for establishing structured tracking mechanisms, maintaining visibility across readiness activities, and synthesizing complex program data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making. The analyst works across multiple teams—including business leads, SCRUM teams, and readiness stakeholders—to monitor deliverables, track dependencies, and identify risks or gaps that may impact readiness.
