Functional Analyst

Position : Functional Analyst (Taleo)Location : Washington, DC,- Local DMV only Contract : 6-12 MonthsInterview : phone and person interviewClient is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with strong Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) experience, specifically in Taleo Connect Client (TCC) for data extraction, report development, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), data migration/decommissioning, and integration/documentationOne of the primary responsibilities of the Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to provide technical support to the various HCM application cloud system/s. We are seeking a technical or techno-functional resource to support Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) Integration and Report development utilizing the Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) applications in a Windows environment. TEE functional knowledge.The Contractor will provide support to assist with Taleo decommissioning efforts. The contractor would develop reports, perform end-to-end testing for data extraction to ensure completeness of the data. The Contractor would develop data models & mapping to support the creation of views for data visualization tools.REQUIREMENTS:The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Technical Services BOA,Section 3.13.2.3 for labor category Senior Functional Analyst.The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:The ability to extract data from Taleo via the TCC tool for the purpose of systemdecommissioning.Possess experience with developing reports and responding to ad-hoc data requestsCreate detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and systemconfigurationProvide training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated systemsData migration report confirming successful transfer of dataOther duties as assignedStrong work ethicExcellent communication and organizational skillsThe Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:Design, create and test data extraction plan for decommissioning Taleo.Design, create and test assigned Reports.Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design and testresults.Prepare and deliver documents for peer review.Monitor related issues during the various project phases and work with the team on theissue resolution.
