The firm is currently building out their enterprise applications team and this is a key early hire, a real opportunity to come in and make an impact.The situationThe firm runs iManage for document management and is currently mid-transition from on-premises to cloud. This person will play a hands-on role in that transition alongside supporting day to day operations. If you've managed iManage in both environments, this one is worth a look.What you'll be doingSupporting and maintaining enterprise applications across the firm including document management, time, billing, and financial systemsHands on iManage support covering on-prem environment and cloud migrationServer and system upgrades, installs, and ongoing maintenanceTier 2 and tier 3 application support, this is not a helpdesk roleBuilding and maintaining integrations between legal applications and enterprise systemsWorking closely with a small, newly formed team across Boston and New YorkWhat they're looking forSolid iManage experience is the number one priority, specifically on-prem and ideally cloud or mid-migration experienceBackground in enterprise application support, not desktop or helpdeskExperience with server and systems administration alongside application supportAderant or similar legal finance platform experience is a plusSQL, scripting (PowerShell or Python), and API integration experience helpfulSomeone who can commit to 6 months contract with a genuine interest in converting to permanentThe honest pictureWe know the full package is hard to find here.
