Landscaping Construction Crew Member

Three C’s Landscaping is growing and looking for dependable, hard-working Landscaping Construction Crew Members to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, building quality landscapes, and being part of a crew that takes pride in its work, we want to hear from you. Job Responsibilities Install hardscapes including pavers, retaining walls, patios, and walkways Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation Install sod, plants, mulch, and landscape features Operate hand tools and power equipment safely Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to high standards Qualifications Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred (hardscape experience a plus) Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work well with others Driver’s license preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to develop landscaping and hardscape skills Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
