This role will play a critical part in ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance required in mission-critical environments.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility project within the rapidly expanding data center sector.Position OverviewThe QA/QC Manager will lead the implementation and execution of the project Quality Management Plan, overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes. The ideal candidate has strong experience in mission-critical or data center construction and understands the stringent quality and commissioning requirements associated with these facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage the project Quality Management PlanOversee QA/QC processes for:Civil and structural systemsBuilding envelope and architectural finishesMechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systemsMission-critical power and cooling infrastructureReview and approve submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for quality complianceEstablish and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)Conduct field inspections and coordinate third-party testing and special inspectionsTrack deficiencies, manage punch lists, and verify corrective actionsEnsure compliance with contract documents, codes, and client standardsSupport pre-functional and functional testing activitiesCoordinate with commissioning teams to ensure successful system turnoverMaintain comprehensive quality documentation and reportingRequired Qualifications7+ years of QA/QC experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical constructionPrior experience working for a General ContractorData center, hyperscale, or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and quality control proceduresAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience with commissioning support and turnover documentationExcellent organizational and communication skillsOSHA 30 certification preferredPreferred ExperienceExperience with medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution systemsKnowledge of mechanical systems including chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, and cooling infrastructureFamiliarity with BIM coordination processesExperience on fast-track, multi-phase construction programs
