Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations while ensuring high-quality services for the individuals we support. The Program Coordinator will provide leadership, supervision, and administrative support to direct support personell while ensuring compliance with agency policies, state regulations and person-centered care practices This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference by managing projects, engaging with diverse populations, and collaborating with community partners. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and a passion for community outreach and social work.
Duties
* Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned program(s).
* Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other program staff.
* Ensure individuals receive quality, person-centered services that promote independence and community inclusion.
* Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
* Monitor documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
* Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching.
* Assist with hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
* Communicate effectively with individuals served, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members.
* Ensure compliance with all agency policies, state regulations, licensing standards, and health and safety requirements.
* Participate in on-call rotation as required.
* Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action plans.
* Support budgeting, inventory, and program resource management as assigned.
Skills
* Extensive experience in management and supervising teams
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
* Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in human services.
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
* Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
* Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.

Pay: $44,000.00 per year
