Key Responsibilities Assist global team members with questions and support for ongoing success Track productivity and quality of Accounts Receivable Representatives and identify areas for improvement Ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims and adhere to departmental policies Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Experience in insurance collections and training new users required Knowledge of denied claims and appeals process required Experience with practice management systems preferred Extensive knowledge of individual payor websites and medical terminology
