A day in the lifeYou’ll set up at your bench, review the latest work instructions, and move through builds with accuracy—from measuring and cutting wire to final inspection—keeping quality at the center of everything you do. What you’ll doAssemble cable and electronic products to exact specifications Measure, cut, strip, and prepare wires for assembly Perform crimping and assembly operations with precision Read and follow work instructions and production documentation What you bringManufacturing, assembly, or production experience Soldering experience Skill with basic hand tools Ability to read a ruler and take accurate measurements Strong hand–eye coordination and attention to detail Able to follow instructions and work independently Experience with wire preparation, crimping, cable assembly, or soldering is a plus Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Training and growthPrevious assembly experience is helpful, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. xsgimln Technical proficienciesIPC-A-610 Soldering PCB Assembly (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) Join a team in Irvine where craftsmanship, consistency, and continuous improvement drive every build.
