Our client is looking to hire a Data Entry Specialist role in El Segundo, CA area. This is contract to hire opportunity for our client.
The Data Entry position will coordinate with management to ensure an orderly work flow between departments. You will represent the company in a professional manner communicating with vendors, upper management, and the corporate office. This position is located at our Distribution Center in Riverside, California.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Input data into Excel spreadsheets for reporting and tracking purposes.
Organize and file documents.
Communicate via telephone, email, and fax.
Data Entry employees may be cross-trained to assist in multiple positions.
Other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Windows.
Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical skills.
Call center experience is helpful, but not required.
Attention to detail and follow-through.
Experience with 10-key is helpful, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
