Maintain clinicians' availability list.Serve as the point of contact for all interactions with clinical team members and administrative associates in relation to schedulingMaintain a tracking system to ensure that all visit frequencies are input for proper schedulingWork with DON to ensure that all clinicians meet productivity.Assists with changes in staff schedules and reassigns patients appropriately.Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external customers, while exhibiting the core values of Transition Home Healthcare.Who would be a great fit for this role?
