Grants Management SpecialistThe duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
The duties may include, but are not limited to:
Serves as an in-house resource on all matters of policy affecting grants and agreement management, including the most complex and controversial technical issues.
Serves as a primary Grants Management Specialist in developing and administering Agency-level and Program-level agreements and facilitates cooperation and partnerships through a variety of agreements.
Manages Agency-wide information services and reporting responsibilities.
Serves as liaison between the Government and awardee organization to clarify, interpret, and resolve issues.
Provides and/or oversees training, technical assistance, oversight, ethics advice, expertise, and consultation to program officials, awardees, customers, review panels, applicants, recipients, and sub-recipients as needed.
