Nurse Supervisor

We are looking for a Skilled RN to join our clinical team and care for patients in the CSRA/Greater Augusta Metro Area. Overseeing patient care will include supervisory visits and recertification assessments for our patients who receive care for a chronic, degenerative, medical conditions. Visits will typically last 1 hour - 1.5 hours. Every visit will be paid out as $125 and anything additional (client/care coordination) will be paid at $40 per hour, whichever is more. Every client must have at least one visit per month. Visits for each client can be completed at any time during that 30 day period. Additionally, this position will include patient intake assessments, coordination with physicians, training of field staff, and other similar patient care oversights.
