This role will work closely with business stakeholders, audit teams, and technology partners to drive process optimization, solution implementation, and operational excellence across financial and regulatory environments.This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about financial systems, audit processes, compliance frameworks, and Agile delivery methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align solutions with industry best practicesFacilitate benchmarking studies and collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational performance and compliance standardsWork closely with technical teams to document system configurations, customizations, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Conduct research and comparative analysis of third-party products, tools, and platforms within the financial audit and compliance domainSupport implementation and integration activities while helping resolve setup and operational issuesAssist in maintaining documentation, workflows, and process standards to ensure system stability and scalabilityCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business users, product owners, auditors, and technology teamsRequired Skills & Experience Experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within Financial Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Governance domainsStrong understanding of:Audit methodologiesFinancial reporting processesRegulatory and compliance frameworksHands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience using tools such as:JIRAConfluenceAzure DevOpsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skillsExcellent analytical and process optimization capabilitiesAbility to create detailed documentation, workflows, and process maps Preferred Qualifications CPA certification preferredExperience with audit management systems or compliance platformsAcademic background in:FinanceAccountingInformation SystemsRelated disciplines Education RequirementBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution requiredRelevant progressive experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirementsAdditional InformationThis role may require travel and/or relocation depending on project requirementsCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
