We provide service, maintenance, indoor air quality, and installation solutions to our customers.About The PositionWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Shop / Warehouse Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, organize HVAC materials, and support our installation and service teams. This role ensures materials, tools, and vehicles are ready so jobs run efficiently.This position is ideal for a former HVAC installer, HVAC technician, or sheet metal mechanic who wants to stay in the HVAC industry while working primarily in the shop.Typical Day IncludesPulling and staging HVAC equipment and materials for installation crewsOrdering and maintaining stock of HVAC parts, ductwork, and equipmentManaging warehouse inventory and organizationTracking and signing out HVAC tools and equipmentCoordinating company vehicle maintenance and repairsDelivering materials to HVAC job sites when requiredFabricating small duct plenums, transitions, and sheet metal fittingsMaintaining a clean and organized warehouse/shopRequired ExperienceKnowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and installation materialsAbility to fabricate basic sheet metal duct fittingsStrong organizational and inventory management skillsAbility to lift and move HVAC materials and equipmentValid driver's licensePreferred BackgroundExperience as an HVAC installer, service technician, sheet metal mechanic, or HVAC warehouse managerExperience with HVAC inventory or parts orderingForklift experience (preferred but not required)Pay Range: $ 22.00-$30.00, based on experienceWhat We OfferFull-time, year-round workStable position within a growing HVAC company2-3 Weeks Paid VacationHoliday Pay Health Insurance 50% MatchingDental and Vision insurance401K retirement plan with company matching 4%Yearly performance reviewsApply today if you have HVAC experience and want to help keep our crews organized, stocked, and ready for the job.Salary: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
