Residential Electrical Sales Representative

We strive to be symbols of the community and better ourselves every day.What You’ll Do:We are seeking a customer-focused Residential Electrical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for meeting with homeowners, identifying electrical service needs, and providing solutions and estimates for residential electrical projects. The ideal candidate is personable, driven, and comfortable building trust with customers in their homes.This is a full-time, commission based, exempt position. The expectation is that the Residential Electrical Sales Representative will be available to take sales calls and be available by phone to their customer base during evenings and weekends.What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:Meet with homeowners to assess electrical service needsBuild new customer relationships through networking and attending community eventsRecommend residential electrical solutions, upgrades, and repairsPrepare and present estimates and proposalsEducate customers on safety, energy efficiency, and electrical improvement optionsFollow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationshipsCoordinate with Electricians and office staff to ensure smooth project completionMaintain accurate customer records and sales activityMeet or exceed sales goals and performance expectationsRepresent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer serviceWhat We’d Like You to Have:Sales experience required, residential services or home improvement preferredElectrical industry knowledge preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to explain technical information in simple termsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedComfortable working independently and in customers’ homesValid driver’s license and clean driving recordWhat’s In It For You:Reinventing an industry takes work, and we aim to recognize and promote the wellbeing of our people professionally, financially, physically and mentally.
