As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator Location: Rochester, MN Pay Range: $22.25 Shift: Day shift, rotating 12 hr What's the Job? Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output. Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions. Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality. Follow safety policies, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role. Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation. What's in it for me?
