Franchise Consultant

Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the primary liaison between Quick Service Restaurant franchise stores and the corporate office Communicate and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure to the franchise store owners by completing compliance checklists Travel to franchised store locations to meet with owners in person Enforce brand standards with franchise owners Identify franchised store strengths and opportunities for improvement Work with corporate staff to communicate back regarding franchisee feedback and opportunities for improvement Offer operational training resources to franchise owners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field Quick serve restaurant experience Able to travel by car and flight to franchise locations from Minneapolis area Erbert and Gerbert's is an equal employment opportunity employer.
