Job order - J0326-2311 - Permanent Full Time Program Manager – Enterprise Security Operations Program Position: Program Manager – Enterprise Security Operations Program Category: Project Management Location: Fairfax, Virginia, United States This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Contract requires USC or GC Holder. Responsibilities Lead an enterprise-level cybersecurity program spanning SOC operations, audits, and cloud A&A. Manage multiple vendors across cross‐functional technical, cyber, and business environments. Act as the primary point of contact for all infrastructure security and risk management functions. Oversee and coordinate system security audits, including SOC, FISMA, FISCAM, SSAE. Direct teams performing security operations, disaster recovery, data management, network architecture, and access management. Ensure security posture meets federal standards, policies, and procedures. Provide executive‐level communication, stakeholder reporting, and program governance. Required Qualifications Experience managing contracts of similar size and scope (SOC + audit + cloud A&A). Demonstrated leadership of cyber teams within a Federal environment. Experience conducting security audits and managing multi‐disciplinary cyber projects. Expertise in: Security Operations Infrastructure Security Disaster Recovery Data Management Network Architecture User Access Management Third‐party Management Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‐engagement skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, engineering, business, or related field. Certifications: Active PMP (required). Desired qualifications: CISSP or similar cybersecurity management certifications. Experience with federal policy bodies (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, etc.). Experience delivering programs under multi‐CLIN federal contracts. Experience with enterprise‐scale modernization or transformation initiatives. Compensation Estimated range: $127,500.00 – $276,200.00.
