This role is essential to producing tight-tolerance surgical implants and instruments that improve and save lives.Enjoy 3-day weekends, earn competitive pay, and work with advanced equipment in a clean, climate-controlled shop.---The Work You'll Be DoingSet up and operate multi-axis CNC mills (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)Read blueprints and GD&T to ensure parts meet exact specificationsPerform offsets, tooling changes, and minor program editsConduct in-process inspections using precision measuring toolsDocument all work per GMP/GDP standardsFollow preventive maintenance schedules and basic machine upkeepParticipate in 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement effortsCollaborate with teammates to hit production and quality targets---Machines, Materials & ControlsMachines : Haas, Kitamura, Brother, Robodrill, Willemin, Doosan SMXMaterials : Titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chromeControls : Fanuc, proprietary mill-turn---What We're Looking ForRequired:3+ years CNC milling experienceHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to read blueprints and interpret GD&TComfortable running multiple machinesU. xtnlbfm S.
