Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN/Part-Time - Flexible Scheduling

Job DescriptionTheracare is currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population in both the Skilled Nursing and Home Health Care settings. This is a Full Time position including skilled nursing facilities in Warsaw and Wabash along with the delivery of Home Health services in the surrounding areas. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.QualificationsBachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical TherapyCurrent state license/certificationCurrent registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification BoardPrefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitationNew grads welcome to applyExcellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health CareDemonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy disciplineKnowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirementsAdditional InformationFlexible schedules available for your ideal work/life balance.
