Overview
As Constellation Integration Program Manager, you own the end-to-end execution and integration of a complex satellite constellation, uniting space, ground, network, and partners into a single operational program. You will oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk across a $100M+ landscape, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver a fully integrated capability. The role thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where clear, accountable decision-making drives mission readiness. You’ll shape execution strategy, surface issues early, and enable on-time deployment of the constellation.

ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end program execution and integration across the constellation (spacecraft, ground systems, launch, operations)Establish the integrated execution framework and identify critical-path dependenciesDrive decisions, remove blockers, and surface problems before they escalateDevelop and manage integrated master schedules, milestones, and resource constraintsManage baselines, cost/schedule performance, forecasts, and recovery plansTranslate engineering activities into measurable milestones and decision pointsCommunicate progress clearly to executives and stakeholdersOperate across systems engineering, hardware, software, mission operations, and external partners without relying solely on authorityEnsure the constellation becomes operational on schedule and within performance targets
Key requirementsU.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance10+ years of experience in complex, multidisciplinary technical programs (hardware, software, systems engineering, integration, test, operations)Experience owning major technical programs or portfolios at $100M+ scaleProven ability to establish and maintain an integrated program architecture and scheduleExperience managing risks across technical, cost, schedule, and external dependenciesAbility to translate development and operations activities into program milestones and decision pointsStrong executive communication and ability to operate in ambiguous environmentsBachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or equivalent technical fieldclear communicationownershipintegritysystems engineeringintegration and testmission operations
