The role includes Open Enrollment, Benefits Administration and Employee Support, Vendor and Compliance Management. Additional responsibilities include supporting the HR organization through performance management and other year-end processes.Years of Experience: 20+ preferred, but a minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in benefits, is required. Our client optimally seeks a very experienced, self-directed benefits professional.Location: Virtual role with occasional travel for important in person meetings (5-10% travel) although the individual is welcome to work out of the organization's HQ located in San Francisco, if they prefer. While most employees work in the office, this Benefits role can be virtual.Start date, Length and Hours: June 29th or after for approximately 6 months. This is a Maternity coverage with an optimal start date around June 29, which will allow for transition period. 40 hours per week although may be closer to 30 hours/week during slower periods.Hourly Rate: Flexible based on experience level
