This role focuses on short-term procurement decisions, supplier coordination, and inventory management to support operational efficiency and customer demand.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute purchase orders for various products based on demand forecasts and inventory levelsMonitor inventory daily and adjust purchasing to prevent stockouts or excess inventoryMaintain strong communication with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedulesResolve order discrepancies, shortages, and quality issues in a timely mannerTrack and respond to market changes (pricing, сезонality, supply constraints) impacting product availabilityCollaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to align purchasing with operational needsEnsure compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate purchasing data and documentation within ERP systemsSupport cost control initiatives by identifying savings opportunities and minimizing wasteQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2–5+ years of purchasing relevant items (see above)Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processesProficient in Excel and data analysisKey SkillsStrong attention to detail and sense of urgencyAbility to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentEffective communication and organizational skillsProblem-solving mindset with a focus on executionAbility to work cross-functionally with various teams
