This role focuses on improving manufacturing profitability and optimizing existing products for better productivity and quality. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and significant experience in extrusion. Strong communication skills and knowledge of lean manufacturing are essential. This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000–$115,000 per year and is a 1st shift, Monday–Friday role.
