Knows and understands the basic capabilities (flow alignment, pressure rating, unit requirements of the processes (meter / pump stations)Understand pipeline capacity constraints, identifies alternatives, and knows equipment specifications and limitationsAbility to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and diagrams, electrical schematics (one-line, three-line, etc.), piping and instrument drawings (P&IDs), flow charts and cause and effect diagramsIs capable of and does troubleshoot electric motorsIs capable of maintenance and repairs on valve actuators to include testing and adjusting limits and stopsInstall, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain electrical, pneumatic, process controls and new equipmentAfterhours call outs for Electrical, Instrumentation and communications issuesAll other duties as assignedEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED SKILLS:Minimum 3 years of experience preferredAssociate's or Technical degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical TechnologyGeneral working knowledge with troubleshooting programmable logic controllersNFPA 70E – Electrical Safety in the WorkplaceKnowledge of NFPA - NEC (National Electric Code)Proficient in low and medium voltage troubleshooting and repairGeneral working knowledge of VFD's (Variable Frequency Drives)Ability to perform job responsibilities with minimal guidance or supervisionPC-based skills, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Power Point and Project)Able to train, test and complete EPIC's Qualified Electrical Worker Program TrainingPLEASE APPLY THROUGH THIS LINK: https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/jobs/ViewJobDetails?job=147193&clientkey=D019D770DCCA8D5A889045D1970ED164We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
