Responsibilities
Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
Supervise daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives.
Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and resolve issues with excellent customer service skills.
Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and sales processing with accuracy.
Oversee stock levels, inventory control, and purchasing to ensure product availability and optimal presentation.
Support sales management efforts by implementing promotional strategies and monitoring sales performance.
Enforce store policies related to pricing, merchandising standards, and safety procedures.
Handle administrative tasks such as , payroll processing, bookkeeping, and shift management.
Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
Experience
Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across shifts.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, cash handling, and POS systems.
Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, customer service excellence, and marketing strategies.
Familiarity with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
