Executive Assistant
A growing, well‑established organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to senior leadership in a fast‑paced, professional environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring day‑to‑day operational efficiency by managing executive schedules, priorities, and follow‑through, allowing leadership to focus on strategic business initiatives.Responsibilities:Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to executive and senior leadershipManage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordinationPrepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and track action items and follow‑upsMonitor deadlines, deliverables, and open items across leadership initiativesAssist with presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and general document preparationCoordinate onboarding logistics, internal meetings, off‑sites, and team eventsArrange travel and complete expense reporting as neededMaintain organized digital files and handle confidential information with discretionQualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience providing executive or senior‑level administrative supportStrong experience managing calendars, meetings, and competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑throughAbility to support multiple leaders in a dynamic environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience“Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy
