Position Overview We’re hiring a Cabinet Production Assistant to support our production team in daily shop operations. This is a hands-on position in a professional woodworking environment. No prior experience is required — we’ll provide full training to the right candidate who shows initiative, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist in building and assembling custom cabinetry and components Operate basic woodworking tools and equipment (training provided) Sand, prep, and help with finishing processes Label, organize, and stage materials for production Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow detailed instructions and quality standards Support other team members as needed to meet production deadlines Qualifications No experience required — we’ll train the right person Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment Preferred (but not required) Basic knowledge of hand tools, woodworking, or shop work Experience in a construction or manufacturing setting Schedule & Pay Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Pay based on experience and performance Opportunities for growth and advancement Benefits Paid time off after the first year Paid holidays On-the-job training Positive and respectful team culture Advancement opportunities as the company grows How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed, or email your resume or work history to timmoore@texasprecisioncabinets.com.
