With thirteen John Deere dealerships, five NAPA parts locations and a computer service location, we are looking for motivated and talented people to join our team.Job DescriptionSINCLAIR TRACTOR is seeking an energetic, driven and professional individual to join our team as a Parts Professional with the primary responsibility of performing a variety of in-store customer service, marketing, promoting, advertising, and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories and equipment.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO (you may request further detail):Effectively identify and procure requested parts to satisfy customer needs.Assists with retail customer parts delivery as needed.Assist in maintaining retail sales floor.Assist with design and maintenance of retail displays.Participates in all job-related training and development.Performs routine housekeeping and other location tasks.Required ExperienceDESIRED SKILLS:Ability to multi-taskMust have a strong work ethic with a positive attitudeMust be self-motivated, dependable and energeticAbility to be team oriented, flexible and have effective communication skillsMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift at least 75 poundsCompensation And HoursStarting salary dependent on experience - room for growth and opportunityWHY SINCLAIR?
